Serendipity then arranges for independent valuations and assessments of potential rental returns through our trusted network of valuers and agents.
We offer our end purchasers a detailed analytical report for each investment location along with a rental appraisal and a valuation. We also offer a preliminary tax depreciation schedule and organise building and land contracts. The properties come complete. There is nothing that an investor needs to do to prepare the property for a tenant. The properties come with landscaping, window furnishings, fencing, floor coverings, air conditioning, driveway and alarm system. There are no body corporate fees.
